1. Eligibility Criteria
  • Admission is open to all students irrespective of caste, creed, religion, or nationality.
  • Age criteria must follow guidelines issued by Director of Education/CBSE.
  • Minimum age requirements (your school may adjust):
    • Nursery: 3+ years
    • KG: 4+ years
    • Class I: 5+ years
    • Higher classes as per Transfer Certificate (TC)
2. Application Procedure
  • Parents/Guardians must fill the Online Admission Form or collect the form from school office.
  • All details must be accurate; incomplete forms will not be processed.
  • Documents required:
    • Birth Certificate (Nursery–Class I)
    • Aadhar card of student & parents
    • Previous class Report Card (Class II onwards)
    • Transfer Certificate (TC) at final admission
    • Passport-size photos (student & parents)
    • Category certificate (EWS/SC/ST/OBC/Defence)
3. Admission Assessment
  • Nursery–Class I: Interaction with parents & child
  • Class II–IX: Assessment in English, Mathematics, EVS/Science
  • Admission based on:
    • Assessment performance
    • Seat availability
    • Age eligibility
    • Previous academic records
4. Verification & Approval
  • All documents must be genuine and verifiable.
  • False information leads to cancellation.
  • Admission is provisional until:
    • Document verification
    • Fee payment
    • Issue of Admission Number
5. Fee Structure & Payment Rules
  • Admission confirmed after payment of prescribed fees.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable (except special cases).
  • Payments must be through school’s authorized modes.
  • Late fee rules apply as per policy.
6. Reservation Policy
  • School follows Government reservation norms.
  • Reserved categories may include:
    • Siblings
    • Alumni wards
    • Staff wards
    • EWS category
    • Special category (as per school management)
7. Transfer Certificate (TC) Rules
  • TC mandatory for admission to Class II and above.
  • Inter-state/CBSE to Non-CBSE transfers may require counter-signed TC.
  • No student admitted without valid TC at final admission.
8. Withdrawal & Refund Rules
  • One month's written notice required for withdrawal.
  • TC issued after clearance of dues.
  • Refund rules follow school's fee policy.
9. School Transport Policy
  • Admission does not guarantee transport seat.
  • Routes depend on feasibility; cannot be changed frequently.
  • Parents must ensure pick-up/drop from designated stops.
10. Code of Conduct & Compliance
  • Parents & students must follow school rules.
  • Misconduct may lead to suspension/cancellation.
  • School management reserves right to modify policies.
