Through the untiring efforts of Eastern Educational Promotional Society the dream project "Delhi Public School Itanagar" a co-educational day boarding and residential school (Under the Aegies of DPS Society, New Delhi) was established in the year 2006 in an area of 20 acares of land at Jully Village, Itanagar. Set amidst tall trees and green playground, it provides a serene and unpolluted atmosphere where children can grow and attain their maximum potential. To educate all students, to become lifelong learners and productive citizens in a global society through a program of educational excellence utilizing technology and activities involving parents and the community.

(An initiative by Eastern Education Promotional Society) DPS, Itanagar was established in 2006 to promote the quality education of Arunachal Pradesh covering all the entire rural and urban areas. We provide both day and boarding education facilities to the student of Arunachal Pradesh and the neighbouring states. We endeavour in providing world class education system. We back our education system with overall growth of our children through sports, cultural and traditional activities, educational tour programmes; trekking & camping, visiting archaeological & historical places, Science and technology tours etc. This provides the students to improve good moral, discipline and character to build the future generations to come. We also provides Coding Classes of Whitehat Junior , Cricket (CAP) , Football, Volleyball , TT coaching and Smart Classes to the students.

I still remember the days of my 12th standard (2016-2017) when I was a student of DPS Itanagar. Those days are one of the most memorable moments of my life. The teachers are very supportive in nature. The students can get their doubts solved anytime from the teachers. Also I will never forget the farewell ceremony which was organised by my juniors.

Till date Delhi public school ( DPS) is one of the best educational institute I have ever come through. Its has the best teaching facilities highly qualified and good experienced. It have mostly all the classroom are having smart class and are well regulated. It have a decent amount of fee structure which is normally affordable by a upper middle class family. It is having a nice big playground for the students. And the infrastructure is also too good for a better future I recommend DPS.
